Frequently Asked Questions

Common Problems

  • Have you checked your filters?

One of the most common things that could cause you to have low or no water pressure is that your filter is plugged.

  • Have you checked more than one location to verify you are out of water?

You could be out of water in one spot but have water in a different spot. Doing this before you call us gives our professional a different way to understand what may be happening.

  • Can you hear air in any of your waterlines or faucets?

This could be the cause of many different issues. Please contact us as soon as possible.

  • Have you sealed all areas that may allow any kind of animals in?

Making sure that you are preventing animals from getting into well pits, down wells, or into anything that can cause damage will help prevent them from damaging your well or the materials that keep your well operating at its highest potential.

  • Have you checked your pits before the cold weather?

If your pits are not well insulated or heated through the cold weather, it will cause things to freeze or get damaged due to the extreme changes in weather we can see in the cold season.

  • Have you had any storms, power surges, lightning strikes, etc.?

Storms, lightning, and/or extreme cold can put pressure tanks, control boxes, or variable speed drives for a well to the test. If you have had any of these and are noticing any kind of issue with your well performance, we recommend that you call us.
